Science Resources

In 6th grade science, we start the year with broad topics. In the beginning, we introduce theories, then make our way through Astronomy, then Earth's atmosphere, until we reach our final destination: the Earth. Students enjoy learning about all things Earth and space. We complete a few lab activities throughout the year, which keep students engaged and motivated in their learning. Below you will find the standards we teach set by the state of Georgia and resources we use to help students better comprehend the content taught throughout the year.
